I'm on vacation! I'm at Lake Okoboji this week with my family, enjoying time away from home for the first time in over a year. OMGOSH, it feels so good. I'll be back next week with a summer goodie, BLT on Homemade Focaccia, Watermelon Feta Salad, and Strawberry Shortcake Pie. For add-ons, I will have the most delicious chocolate-pecan scones.
