Week 69 | Breakfast-y Pasta

I am in full winter break mode. I have been spending a lot of time reading cookbooks, cooking, and baking. I'm trying new recipes and making things I don't always have time for during the school year. This week I made Alison Roman's Pasta with Wilted Greens, Bacon, and Fried Egg. This meal was indulgent and delicious. I will definitely make it again.
